JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take action on petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2016 as forwarded by the 4th respondent in Petition No.4229/2016/FOR/KK dated 01.06.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2016 forwarded by the 4th respondent in Petition No.4229/2016/FOR/KK dated 01.06.2016, within a time frame.
2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2016 forwarded by the 4th respondent in Petition No.4229/2016/FOR/KK dated 01.06.2016, and after hearing the parties take a decision in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
