The contempt petition filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated, 03.04.2017 in W.M.P.No.4607 of 2017 in W.P.(MD)No.5781 of 2017 by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, it appears that the counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this contempt petition. I have gone through the records. Having regard to the peculiar circumstances of the case, this contempt petition is closed.
