The petitioner has submitted Exhibit P6 revision petition before the first respondent, which, according to the petitioner, is not disposed of so far. 2. Heard learned Government Pleader, who submits that necessary orders will be passed within a reasonable time.
3. The claim of the petitioner is that her appointment has not been approved by the Assistant Educational Officer by way of Exhibits P1 and P2.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, I am of the view that necessary order has to be passed by the first respondent in Exhibit P6 revision. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders in Exhibit P6 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the appropriate parties.
