Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, the Primary School under the management of the petitioner is said to have been established in 1994. Ventilating his grievance that despite his repeated requests for up-gradation to or sanction of Upper Primary School, the respondent Government does has considered it, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the School under the management of the petitioner has all the requisite infrastructural facilities to have its up-gradation as Upper Primary School. In that regard, he has drawn my attention to Exhibit P3 recommendation letter W.P.(c) No. 34444 of 2014 2 issued by the Honourable member of the Legislative Assembly and also Exhibit P5 letter of recommendation issued by the Grama Panchayat. He has further submitted that though Exhibit P6 representation has been filed for the purpose of sanctioning of School in unaided sector, so far it has not been considered.

In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the third respondent to consider Exhibit P6 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
