The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the issues involved in this writ petition were adjudicated by this Court and the same was dismissed by the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in WP(MD).Nos.18334, 335/2013 by an order dated 19.11.2013. In view of the order of this Court cited supra, no further adjudication is required on the ground raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
