The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition the girl (alleged detenue) was produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Muvattupuzha and the girl was permitted to go with her parents. The petitioner is the father of the girl. In view of the subsequent developments the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition is not pressed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
