This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.105 of 2011, pending on the file of the J Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli in Crime No.306 of 2010 dated 28.12.2010 on the file of Munnerpallam Police Station.
