Common Prayer : Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue notice of contempt to the respondent and punish them for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 10.07.2014 in WP(MD)Nos.2441 and 2442 of 2013.
It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the writ appeals in W.A(MD)Nos.1464 and 1465 of 2015 are filed against the order made in the writ petitions in WP(MD)Nos.2441 and 2442 of 2013, wherein interim stay has also been granted. He has also produced a copy of the said order.
2.Considering the above-stated facts and circumstances, these contempt petitions are closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of their success in the writ appeals. No costs.
