This contempt case has been filed alleging willful disobedience with the directions in the judgment dated 3.12.2013 in W.P.(C)No.29657 of 2013. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of order, G.O.(Rt)No.4919/2014/G.Edn. dated 11.11.2014. It would reveal that Ext.P10 revision petition has been disposed of as per the same. In the said circumstances, recording the said fact this contempt case is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order it will be open to him to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. Sd/-
