----------------------- The petitioner approached the Revenue Divisional Officer to cure the mistake crept in the revenue records in respect of the property in Survey.No.361/6 and to correct the revenue records fixing the balance property of 6 cents in the owner ship of petitioner, his mother and sisters after reducing two cents owned to one Chacko S/o Mathai. Ext.P5 is the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer.
2. In view of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner and Sri.Chacko within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
