By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Mr.Kannankumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
3. The petitioner claims that he is working as a driver in the service of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kovai) Ltd., Erode, ever since the year 2012. Though his service are continuous without any break, his prayer for regularisation is yet to be considered, despite submission of the representation dated 12.12.2016. Therefore, he came forward to file this writ petition.
4. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kannankumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
5. Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in the representation or in the writ petition, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
