JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court, on24.09.2009, in W.P.No.9660 of 2009.
2. By an order, dated 24.09.2009, this Court had directed the third respondent to complete the adjudication proceedings, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The petitioner had submitted that the direction issued by this Court had not been obeyed and therefore, he had preferred the present contempt petition.
4. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the direction issued by this Court, on 24.09.2009, had been complied with, by an order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi Taluk, in his order, dated 13.11.2009, in Na.Ka.(A3).8123/ 2009.
5. In such circumstances, since no further orders are required and necessary in the present contempt petition, the contempt petition stands closed.
