JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petitioner P.S.Govinda Rao has died and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Suit is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
