This petition is filed to modify the order of the Learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Principal District & Sessions Judge (i/c), Coimbatore made in Crl.M.P.No.1640 of 2016 dated 28.07.2016.
2. After the order was passed in Crl.M.P.No.1640 of 2016 on 28.07.2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent was transferred to the file of the second respondent and renumbered as Crime No.03 of 2017. Since the Jurisdiction Magistrate of the second respondent is the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem, it would be appropriate to modify the earlier condition by permitting the petitioners to surrender and execute the bonds before the Judicial Magistrate at Salem.
3. Accordingly the order dated 28.07.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1640 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are granted Anticipatory Bail in the event of arrest or on their surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem on or before one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such arrest or surrender, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on execution of bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem and all the other observations and conditions made in the order dated 28.07.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1640 of 2016 shall remain intact.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
