When the matter was called on 08.12.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 16.12.2016, there was no representation on either side. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the respondent is present.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed 'for non-prosecution'. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
