(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the order passed in W.P.No.18605 of 2011, the impugned notice dated 09.07.2004 issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 is set aside, as also the earlier notice issued under Section 7 of the said Act dated 04.6.2004, with liberty to take out a fresh notice, in case that eventuality arises depending upon the fate of the proceedings, to determine the validity of the title of the petitioners.
2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
