(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry) produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.2, dated 03.01.2013, and submitted that the services of the petitioner has already been regularized. The annexure to the Government Order contained the name of the petitioner. Therefore, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
