JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition is directed against the impugned proceedings dated 18.08.2016 passed by the second respondent / the Chief Educational Officer (CEO), Thiruvannamali, in and by which, the petitioner was placed under suspension.
2. When the matter was taken up on 12.06.2017, this Court has passed an order of interim stay against the impugned suspension order.
3. Today, it is submitted by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, the respondents have revoked the order of suspension and therefore, the writ petition itself may be closed as the prayer made in the main writ petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that since this Court has granted interim stay against the impugned suspension order based on the order dated 20.04.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.7858 of 2017, the respondent may be given liberty to take further action in accordance with law in the event of any order that is going to be passed by the Criminal Court. Such liberty is always available to the respondents, therefore, this Court does not require to pass any order as sought for. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 28.06.2017 rkm Index:yes/no T.RAJA, J.
