Petitioner was aggrieved with Ext.P6 proceedings when the writ petition was filed. In Ext.P6, Item No.108 was to revoke the sanction of fresh permit on the route Thriprayar-Thrissur granted to the petitioner by Ext.P1, since current records of the vehicle were not produced within the stipulated time. The Government filed counter, wherein it has been specifically stated that revocation has been made. Petitioner contends that no order has been issued. If no order has been issued, the petitioner shall be issued with a certified copy of the order, within three weeks from the date of receipt of application and the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek for remedy, in accordance with law.
