JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of granted permit. The permit has been granted by Ext.P2 as early as on 16.11.2013. The petitioner has produced various notices issued by the Secretary, RTA wherein the petitioner's permit was scheduled for settlement of timings, as per Exts. P4 to P7. The petitioner had later on no settlement of timings being made, got release of the vehicle, the current records of which were produced by Ext.P8. The petitioner is now said to have produced current records of another vehicle and has also sought for temporary permit in the route as per Ext.P9. It is only proper that the temporary permit be issued within a period of two weeks from today as per Ext.P10, if the timings are not settled within that period and if the same is a clash free timings. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
