JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue raised in the writ petition has already been decided by Ext.P5 judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the third respondent for a certificate to the effect that no amount is due by way of contribution to the Motor Transport Workers' Welfare Fund. On filing of such application, the same shall be considered in the light of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Rajesh v. Joint R.T.O [2009 (2) KLT 615] and a certificate to that effect shall be issued, expeditiously and in any event within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the application. 2. The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment along with writ petition with exhibits, before the authority for further steps.
The writ petition is disposed of.
