This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C.No.148 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the trial in C.C.No.148 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, which is under challenge in this criminal original petition has been completed and the case is posted before the trial Court for judgment.
