1. This matter, which is of the year 2001 is adjourned time and again and by and large on all occasions due to non-availability of learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Lastly, it was taken up for hearing on 20/01/2012 and on that day learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner was absent. Therefore, this Court passed the following order:
"As a last chance, S.O. to 3/2/2012. On that day, irrespective of the Leave-note, Sick-note and/or non-availability of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, present application shall be proceeded further even ex-parte."
Despite the aforesaid order, today also learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has chosen to remain absent by filing a sick note. Considering the aforesaid order dated 20/01/2012, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
