Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Harsh Vardan Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 135 of 2016 expeditiously.
It is pointed out that the issues were framed in the suit on 20.7.2019 and the matter is now posted for recording of the evidence of the plaintiff and her witnesses.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and fixing and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
