In view of the provisions under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in case of initiation of steps for acquisition of their properties and in case of any grievance or objection it will be open to the petitioners to raise all their grievances and objections at the appropriate stage. Reserving such right to the petitioners, this writ petition is closed.
