JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging contumacious act on the part of the respondent, with regard to the direction given by this Court as per Annexure A judgment dated 08.11.2013, the petitioner has moved this Court by way of the present proceedings.
2. A detailed statement has been filed on behalf of the respondent, pointing out that the idea and understanding of the petitioner is not correct. It is pointed out that the proceeding by way of Ext.P7 was considered and final orders were passed as early as on 08.01.2013, a copy of which has been produced along with the said statement as Annexure R1(a). As borne by the said order, the concerned party was also mulcted with a fine of Rupees Five thousand, which was satisfied by the said party, as borne by Annexure R1(b) receipt dated 23.04.2013.
3. In the above circumstances, this Court finds that nothing further requires to be pursued in this case. The contempt matter C.O.C. No.873 of 2014 2 is closed without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to pursue other appropriate steps, if any subsisting grievance is there.
