Petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment consequent upon death of her father on 21.12.2016 appears to be pending before the respondent no. 6. Since no decision has been taken so far, petition is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate decision will be taken upon petitioner's application, in accordance with law.
This writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 6 to take an appropriate decision upon petitioner's pending claim for compassionate appointment within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
