Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"1- issue a writ or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 13.07.2017 registered by the respondent no. 4, which has been registered as case crime no. 0031 of 2017 u/s 363/366 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act P.S. Rampur Barkonia District Sonbhadra (Annexure No. 1) to this writ petition."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 140/2017 dated 17.09.2017, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
