Heard Sri Nand Lal Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Standing counsel for the State- respondents nos. 1 to 3. In view of order proposed, there is no need to issue notice to respondent no. 4, therefore, issuance of notice to respondent no. 4 is hereby dispensed with.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following reliefs:
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teachers in L.T. Grade (Hindi) and Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade (Science) and to make payment of their salary as Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade (Hindi) and Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade (Science) in Jan Hitkari Inter College, Chhilaura, District Meerut.

Learned Additional Chief Standing counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioners shall be considered by the respondent No.3-the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut and an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with law shall be taken within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to pass an appropriate order in the matter of the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of representation, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the respondent No.4.
