Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Hemendra Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
The sole submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is to early disposal of the representation of the petitioner with regard to payment of honorarium which according to the petitioner is due from September 2015 to March 2016.
In the identical set of fact, this Court has disposed of the writ petition being Writ A 19248 of 2018 on 11.09.2018 by passing the following order:
"Petitioner claims to be working as A.N.M. on contractual basis. Her grievance is that for the period she has actually worked her honorarium due and payable has not been released. Since representations made in that regard have gone unanswered, as such petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri H. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that all such issues of fact can be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 in respect of her grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of her claim, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly."
The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of by following the order passed in Writ A No. 19248 of 2018 dated 11.09.2018 subject to the change that instead of respondent no.2 the respondent no.3 will consider the grievance of the petitioner.
