The petitioner is seeking correction of her name in the marks sheet of Secondary School Examination session 2010-12. She claims to have filed an application in that regard on 6.3.2018, which is stated to be pending.
Since, the application is still to be considered, therefore, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the application in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with photo copy of the application dated 6.3.2018.
