Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court challenging the order of the Investigating Officer, Crime Branch, Varanasi dated 15.11.2018, by which the bank account of the petitioner has been seized upon lodging an FIR dated 10.08.2018 being Case Crime No. 0539 of 2018, under Sections 34, 120B, 471, 409, 406, 420, 419, 468, 467 IPC. The main accused in the FIR is the petitioner's husband. The Bank account has been seized upon the direction of the Investigating Officer-respondent no.3.
Civil Misc. Writ Petition has been filed against the order of the respondent no.3-Investigating Officer, which cannot be challenged in civil writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
