Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of case no. 860 of 2015 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court, District Kanpur Nagar.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Additional Principal Judge Family Court, District Kanpur Nagar.
In view of the above, the Additional Principal Judge Family Court, District Kanpur Nagar is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
