This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the case no. 3910 of 2018, arising out of case crime no. 01 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana Kotwali, District - Mahrajganj expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
