The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No.163 of 2016, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff points out that the defendants have already entered appearance in the proceedings and are contesting the same.
Since the injunction application is pending since the year 2016, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure that the same is decided, expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
