In compliance of the order dated 02.5.2019 the corpus Priyanka Chauhan has been produced in the Court.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA and perused the record..
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the corpus Priyanka Chauhan has been brought from Balika Sudhar Grih, Ballia in the custody of police. The Court wanted to know that by which order the corpus Priyanka Chauhan was sent there but the counsel has submitted that the aforesaid order is not available with him.
In such circumstances, it is very difficult to understand as to how this Court can adjudicate upon the correctness or validity of the aforesaid order. This Court declines to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus writ petition stands dismissed.
It may be observed that the petitioners, if so desire, may file fresh petition with complete necessary relevant papers.
