Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The Writ Court had passed an order on 21 January 2019 directing the opposite party to consider the case of the applicant for compassionate appointment.
On specific query, it is urged by learned counsel for the applicant that the order was served upon opposite party on 28 January 2019. The petition has been filed within one month of service.
In view thereof, the contempt petition being premature is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the applicant to file fresh after giving reasonable time to the opposite party to consider and decide the case of the applicant.
