----------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the non-payment of amount due to the petitioner for the supply of certain articles to the respondents. It is submitted that the petitioner and respondents have entered into an understanding and based on that the respondent had paid the first instalment. The second instalment is due on 1.12.2014 and third instalment is due on 26.12.2014. The total amount agreed by the party is 1,10,660/-.

Recording the above, the writ petition is closed.
