Heard Mr. Mrs. Sandhya Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 18.01.2018 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Bulandshahar in Complaint Case No. 367 of 2015 (Smt. Priya Rani Vs. Praveen Kumar) under Section 12D of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station-Syana, District-Bulandshahar.
Admittedly, the order impugned in the present application is appealable in terms of Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
In view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy to the applicants, there is no occasion before this Court to entertain this application.
The present application is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
