The petitioner by means of the present petition has prayed for a writ of mandamus seeking direction for payment of outstanding dues of loan from the respondent-bank. Neither any averment in the writ petition is forthcoming regarding any demand notice nor, any recovery citation has been annexed.
The writ petition at this stage is, accordingly, held to be pre- mature.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
