The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 401 of 2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. (Smt. Priya Mishra Vs. Surya Kishor), Police Station- Pawara, District- Jaunpur.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending for long and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
