***** THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 06.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition Nos.31905- 31907 of 2018 by the learned Single Judge, has been disobeyed.
2. In terms of the said order, the respondents were directed to dispose off the appeal within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Since the same has not been done, the instant petition is filed.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the accused in the Court today. He has tendered an unconditional apology for the delay in complying with the order of the learned Single Judge. He has also enclosed Annexure-R1 dated 16.03.2019, which indicates the compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge.
4. For the reasons assigned, the apology is accepted. The delay in complying with the order of the learned Single Judge is condoned.
Under these circumstances, we do not find any grounds to proceed further. The proceedings are dropped.
