Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anuj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and 3.
The petitioner claims itself to be an association of private bus owners. The grievance of the petitioner's association is that the respondents are allowing U.P.S.R.T.C. bus without any permit to ply their vehicles on the route on which its members are having permit to run their vehicles.
The Petitioner has not given any detail of any vehicle which is being run without permit. This apart, the petitioner has no locus to file this petition.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as misconceived and devoid of merit.
