(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appeal is filed by Pritilalgiri Bajranggiri Goswami, accused no. 4 in the FIR, who was accused no. 2 in Sessions Case No. 292/2010 with Sessions Case No. 293/2010, against the judgment and order dated 31.3.2012 passed by the learned 7th (ad hoc) Addl. Sessions Judge, Surat, whereby, the learned Judge was pleased to convict all the accused under section 235(2) of CrPC for the offence under sec. 302 read with section 114 of IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) by each of the accused, in default, further R.I. for a period of one month.
