1.0 This application has been filed by the applicant to recall the order dated 17.03.2011 passed by this Court.
2.0 Tthe order dated 16.12.2011 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 383 of 1993 reads as under:
"Office note dated 15.12.2011 states that respondent no. 4 is unserved. However, Mr. Pandya, learned counsel for the appellants state that respondent no. 4 is served. Hence, the Registrar General shall inquire into as to whether respondent no. 4 is served or not and shall place the report of the same."
3.0 Therefore the learned Advocate shall point out the above facts to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. After verifying the record, the Registrar (Judicial) will correct the same accordingly. In view of this it is not required to recall the order dated 17.03.2011. After respondent No.4 is served, Registrar (Judicial) will put his house in order and will show that the respondent No.4 as served.
4.0 With the above, the application stands disposed of.
