Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 315 of 2017, under Sections 302 IPC, P.S. Bisauli, District Badaun, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is named in the FIR, she is mother who killed her own son aged about 1-1/2 years, keeping the relationship of mother and son, and the way and manner and the recovery made. I am not inclined to grant any indulgence to the applicant and the applicant is not entitled to be enlarged on bail. The prayer for bail is refused.
Accordingly the application is hereby rejected. the trial court is expected to conclude the gear up the trial.
