Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs :-
"(i) Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and direction the respondent nos. 2 and 3 provide the police protection to the petitioners against the respondent no.4 and his relatives.
(ii) Issue a writ /order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Private Respondent no.4 and his relatives for not interfere in peaceful live in relationship of the petitioners."
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 namely Priti is a major girl and her date of birth is 15.01.2000 as per high school certificate and she loves petitioner no. 2 namely Dheeraj alias Dheeraj Kumar. It has been further submitted that the petitioner no.1 left her parental house with her own free will and came at the house of the petitioner no.2 and thereafter they are living together. The respondent no.4- father of the petitioner no.1, is not happy from live in relationship of the petitioners and has threatened the petitioners also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioners approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Farrukhabad to ventilate their grievance, it is expected from him that he shall look into the matter personally and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
