Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present petition has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Family Court, Allahabad, to expedite/conclude the proceedings of Case No. 391 of 2019 ( Smt. Priti Srivastava Vs. Dr. Navin Verma) under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Jeorge Town, District- Allahabad, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present petition, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, Allahabad, to conclude the proceeding of Case No. Case No. 391 of 2019 ( Smt. Priti Srivastava Vs. Dr. Navin Verma) under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Jeorge Town, District- Allahabad, most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before it.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
