The applicant has approached before this Court praying for direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court , District Jaunpur to decide the case no. 1048 of 2015 (Smt.) Priti Pandey Vs. Rajesh Kumar Pandey) under section 125 Cr.P.C. P.S. Badalpur District Jaunpur.
The argument is that trial is pending before the court below since the year 2015 as yet no charges have been framed.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to frame the charges within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
