Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the present petition.
Heard Sri R.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA for the State.
The prayed made in the present petition is for commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take necessary action against the respondent no.4 and to register case against him and also commanding the respondent no.2 to take suitable decision on the application dated 12.3.2018 and reminder dated 17.4.2018 of petitoner given to the office of respondent no.2 forthwith and to direct respondent no.3 to proceed with the investigation against respondent no.4.
Learned AGA pointed out that the prayer made in the present petition is misconceived and not maintainable as the petitioner has remedy for approaching the court below for redressal of his grievance to which learned counsel for the petitioner could not waive out the preliminary objection of the learned AGA.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
